Virgin mobile contract information

hi

i have had multiple vm phone plans over the years. We now don’t have access to bk accounts anymore to check but I have a missed payment on my credit score for a vm contract. I have had no information from vm about a missed payment and no way to check what it’s for or make a payment. Anyone able to help me get this information?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. 

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
