VM to O2 switch stuck, no calls or texts on O2 sim.

Swapped my VM eSIM to O2 SIM 4 days ago now, no incoming calls or texts on O2 sim, ring O2 up and they say ring VM, ring VM up and guess what? "Ring O2".

Supposed to be seamless.....

Apologies you are having issues with your O2 sim card, in the event of a migration or porting from one provider to another, we would ask you to contact 👉 O2 so that they can contact the team at Virgin Mobile. They have a live webchat where they can look into this further for you.
