Cannot get anyone to understand I need to transfer 2nd mobile to partners name and email using same bank account. Impossible to sign in with details since switch to VMO2. Customer service is useless, no doubt will now get a reply to this email from a moderator giving numerous numbers to call , all will be unanswered or unhelpful ?

You have to do it with O2, not VM dial 202 from the mobile. I have just done what you want, took me a week an a half, 3 new SIN cards and about 6 calls to O2 customer services. It can be done, you just have to be patient.

Tried three times or more with o2 passing wife's mobile and mine and both speaking to agent to no avail. Maybe leave o2 mobile then return may work?
