Security key

I need help accessing my credit agreement. I do not know how to 

1) Find the credit agreement number

2) What the security key is. I do not have any emails, they are all deleted!

I have been going back and forth for hours with virgin and o2, all I want to do is know how much money I owe left! This is more hassle than it needs to be and I will not return to either of you!
