Security key for credit agreements

Hi. I have two mobile handsets with you and have lost the security key and account numbers for both credit agreements. I want to pay off both handsets so how do I go about retrieving the security keys and account numbers to access my credit agreements. I have searched all emails etc and cannot locate anything.
