SMS woes since O2 took over

Being deaf I used the SMS service to keep in contact with friends. I have a samsung phone. Since O2 took over the mobile phone I keep getting error messages to say that O2 cant send message error 0 I used to use the message facility all the time but now I can't What is going on?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your mobile service after migrating over to O2.

We'd love to help further and investigate, however as you've now migrated to O2, you will need to speak with O2 directly so they can assist.
