Questions for Virgin Mobile users who were automatically switched to Boost...

I am curious to know...

1. What Virgin Mobile phone and plan were you using at the time Virgin automatically switched to Boost on February 2020?

2. What Boost Mobile phone and plan you are using right now?

As for me and my Mom, this was what we had at the time of the switch:

Kyocera Cyclops (Me) and Kyocera S2100 (Mom)

Both VM Plans: $20 every 90 days.

Today:

Motorola Moto G Pure (Me) and Coolpad Belleza (Mom)

Boost plans: $10 1GB/month (Me) and $100/yr (Mom)

Worth noting: I actually used the Cyclops flip phone for 11 years (!) and it carried over to Boost for the first few months until it finally died. I bought the Coolpad Snap but was forced to buy the Moto G Pure less than two years later when Boost shut down 3G. My Mom would still be using her S2100 if Boost had not switched networks (hence no signal going to her phone), and was forced to get the Belleza. We were on Virgin's original pay as you go plan which suited our needs perfectly. The Boost plans we got now is as close as we could get to the old Virgin plan we had.

Hi @roksakure

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I think you need Virgin Mobile Canada. Do you have Twitter? If so, their handle is @VirginPlus

Best wishes.
