Hi all.
I've just joined Virgin Media again after a 4 year break. I have a old mobile contract but do not have access to my old email. How do I access my old details to update address etc?
Thanks

Thanks for coming back to us.
All mobile plans we have moved to O2, by the end of last year - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/your-move-to-o2.
You'll need to contact O2 to go through your options and also they can check for you about the log in details online :).

VM delete email accounts after 90 days of leaving. I doubt if you will get it back again.

Hi @Gravil1066
Thanks for posting, welcome back to Virgin Media and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.
Do you mean you're wanting to register online with an email you had at a previous address? If so, mobile and media are different sites, so you should be able to register fine. If you had an old media account, you'd need to wait to be installed, then we can do a Move and Transfer of the email from the old account to the new one.
Keep us posted.
Best wishes.

Hi John
Thanks for the reply.
I have an old mobile contract that has just expired but I have no details on how to access this online. I've moved house just over 4 years ago but my new property couldn't have Virgin Broadband installed. It can now and is being installed the end of next week. I want to cancel/switch providers or maybe stay with Virgin but with a different plan. My current plan only has less than 1Gb data allowance. The old mobile is linked to an account I no longer have any access to. How can I resolve this please? (hope that makes sense)
