Not subscribed to an Oomph Bundle mobile account termination

Hi, I renewed my virgin media contract in November 22 and this morning I've received an e-mail saying that my mobile SIM will be terminated because it's not part of an Oomph bundle, when I renewed the contract the agent said the mobile wouldn't be changed. I can't understand why 9 months later it's become an issue??

I'd really like to get this sorted so I'm not without a mobile, has anyone else had this?
