Hi,
I can’t connect to a mobile network in Spain. All the settings are correct and I’ve tried to manual lay choose a network but still no luck!
any tips?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear roaming isn't working. Was roaming active before you left the UK?
If so, what phone are you using please?

It worked last time I went abroad (pre covid)!!
I switched it on when we landed.
I have an iPhone XR.
Any help would be great🙏

Thanks for coming back to me.
As you’re using an iPhone, please can you do the following: Settings > Phone > SIM Applications > Roaming > Mode > Manual > International. If you’re using a newer iOS, then you it will be under Mobile Data instead of phone. Once this has been done you might need to reboot. Let us know if this works for you.

I managed to get a friend in the uk to phone Virgin for me so all fixed now.
