My phone was stolen and I need proof of usage and proof of Barring

I had an iPhone 14 pro max which I purchased from Giffgaff and then moved to Virgin. I am having issues back and forth sorting out my phone insurance company. They need Proof of usage and proof of Barring. As I didn't buy the Handset from Virgin they will need confirmation email confirming you can't provide proof of Barring as its a 3rd party handset.

Please help! I can't claim without it.

We are very sorry to hear that your phone has been stolen. 

We are only able to provide the copies of the bills/statements for the tariff as the handset was not from ourselves. 

The bills would only show the usage but we are unable to provide proof of what handset the SIM/tariff was being used on.
