it keeps telling me EC:9999 and I have zero service but the person I’m travelling with has the same phone and contract yet has roaming and service, I can’t even call the number it says to help if you get into trouble it just cuts out I’ve tried restarting it and I’ve tried taking the SIM card out and in and I’ve tried putting roaming on in settings and virgin
