Been trying to buy a new mobile in a physical store. But they are saying that there is an order stuck in my cart and they can't remove it unless someone from the back-end team removes it. Something so simple like removing an order that I can't even see has taken about 3 days to do and still haven't get my new phone.. Tried already in 3 different shops and they all say the same "we need to contact back-end".. Dropping this here in case there is someone who actually can solve this
