Certain channels pixelating

Hi I have certain channels pixelating and have turned box off and on also checked wires but nothing apparent. It’s always the same channels more4 and a couple of others what else could it be.

Tivo box not recording

Since returning from a weekend away, I have noticed that not only is the TiVo box failing to show ITV & C4 programming, it is no longer recording series links from those channels. I have switched on and off twice to no effect. Any help out there?

No tv connection this evening

4:40pm today.  Just settling down to watch a Star Trek movie and five minutes into the film, the screen froze.Checked all cables and switched off at the mains, but just getting a “Starting Up” message and the digi box constantly flashing a red light....

Netflix not working

We subscribe separately from Virgin for Netflix but as of today, it no longer works on the TiVo boxWe have 3 V6 boxes where it works like it always didAnyone know what's happened?
