TiVo buffering problems watching Glastonbury live via iPlayer

Once again trying to watch Glastonbury on the red button is impossible due to buffering.  And to add insult to injury, the whole menu for catch up isn't available via my TV as it is on the internet. I've read that changing to a V6 might cure this problem.  ANhyone know how I can go about this?

Does the heartbeat light on the front-left of your TiVo flash when you use internet-based functions? That's a failed onboard modem if so, and would explain your symptoms.

If your TiVo has any service faults, it would be swapped out for a V6 as a matter of course.
