My TIVO box freezes when I change channels and is taking over 1hour 30 minutes to reboot. I have unplugged everything and done all the checks asked but the box still freezes. I have tried to ring to get an engineer to come out and have a look but just keep getting referred to the help questions online . HELP please

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
