HI,

All channel 4 on demand shows will not play. It comes up with a message on the episode to 'Upgrade to Watch'

I thought this was a free channel

This is not just channel 4. I am getting the same on sall on demand channels

Rebooting your V6 should resolve this - there shouldn't be a need to reboot your modem anymore.
