Channel Changes

There are some changes happening on the 30th June but I cannot find any official announcement from Virgin about this.

CBS Drama > RealityXtra
CBS Justice > HorrorXtra
Horror Channel > Legend
Horror Channel +1 > HorrorXtra +1
W (SD) to close on Channel 125
Alibi (SD) to close on Channel 126
Dave (SD) to close on Channel 127
W HD (211) to move to Channel 125
Alibi HD (212) to move to Channel 126
Dave HD (227) to move to Channel 127
Eden (SD) to close on Channel 245
Eden HD (247) to move to Channel 245
Forces TV to close on Channel 274

CBS Justice will close down and will be replaced by HorrorXtra.
Legend will feature the majority of the sci-fi, fantasy and horror programming found on Horror, with a sister channel called HorrorXtra operating in the evening.

Where a channel re-brands on the same EPG slot, this is usually visible on the day of the change and not before.

V360 users always see the HD channels in the SD slots, so will see no changes. Rebrands stay in the same channel number & the EPG label updates automatically. Anyone on a pack which normally has the SD version only of a channel will now see the HD version instead.

Here's a run down of the channel changes

Channel 336 Box Hits has being renamed 4Music
Channel 337 4Music has being renamed E4 Extra

Channel 149 the Horror Channel has been replaced by Legend
Channel 192 CBS Justice is now HorrorXtra
Channel 197 CBS Drama has been replaced by RealityXtra
Channel 202 Horror Channel +1 is now HorrorXtra +1

The following UKTV SD channels where replaced by their HD versions.

125. W (SD) > W HD
126. Alibi (SD) > Alibi HD
127. Dave (SD) > Dave HD
245. Eden (SD) > Eden HD

TV 360 customers with any planned recordings or series links on any the above UKTV SD channels will need to be set up again

For Stream users Dave HD has moved from the Essential Entertainment pack to the free Inclusive Channels pack.

Sadly Channel 274 Forces TV closed at 11am today and has ceased broadcasting on all platforms.

Channel 554 LaLiga closes at midnight today on VM and has already ceased broadcasting on all other non-online platforms. It will however be available via Amazon Prime Video channels, and the Premier Player. Stand alone access is also available online for £7.99 a month through Premier Sports
