Is there any way to find out if i can get the new Hub x5 at my property?

My contract is up for renewal and i would like to get the Optical connected Hub 5X

I have asked sales but they are no help

You only need a 5x if you have the new XGS-PON network setup in your street and have been advised by VM that they can now switch you over to it. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

It’s unlikely that the majority of users will be switched over in the near future.
