Virgin 360 Sky Sports+ Red Button Pause
Does anyone know how to pause/rewind the red button stream on Sky Sports+ with the remote from a 360 box? I've been told you can but the functionality doesn't seem to exist for me. Many thanks in advance.

T6 box
I received an email in October regarding my Tivo box not supporting netflix from November, they said free upgrade but all they want to offer is to convert me to 360, the 360 box doesn't record and I have 3 boxes 2 T6 boxes and 1 Tivo box. The Tivo box is my daughters and she records her own shows on it, with a 360 box she wouldn't be able to. I have been trying for months to get this sorted but all I keep getting is that I can't get another T6 box, why!!!

Logging in to apps
When logging in to apps on TV360 do I have to enter the relevant username/password for each app on each box or will logging in to one box log the others in for me?

Watchlist is Empty again
Hi, my Watchlist has disappeared leaving just one added programme. My Watchlist has gone from the 360 box and the Virgin TV GO app on my phone. This has happened two consecutive days now. I have browsed the forum to try and find if VM have found a solution? I saw a post from 5 months ago saying they were ‘working on it’ Thanks.

My netflix channel(204) does not let me log in i get just a res circle going round all the time. i have rest the box 3 times and spoke to someone on the phone he was as much use as a chocolate fireguard.He said its not a virgin problem when i told him if i goto my firetv stick and use the netflix app it works no problem at all it will let me watch what i like but it will not work on my virgin box. Thanks

Adding Stream subscriptions issue
Three weeks after raising a support ticket due to being unable to add subscriptions via the Stream box or via the MyVM website, I received an e-mail from the "Resolutions Team" this lunchtime suggesting I try adding subscriptions via the Stream box or via the MyVM website! They also keep telling me "We’ve tried to contact you to discuss in more detail, but we were unable to reach you." I must keep miss seeing the carrier pigeon fly past my house. You couldn't make up how bad the customer service from this organisation is!

Error TM4/19/10-1-200000 on 360 upgrade
I received an email to upgrade my Virgin TV360 and I followed the instructions. I went to my main V6 box and pressed '360 upgrade now' app as instructed and I got the following message error TM4/19/10-1-200000 and no other options other than to continue.

V6 playback issues on recorded and Iplayer
I have two v6 boxes obviously in two separate rooms, lately I have noticed strange ghost imaging especially on dark scenes or brown scenes, I then went on iplayer to watch the same episode and it did the same on there, next I went on Iplayer on both smart tv sets the V6 boxes use and did not have any issue with picture playback, any suggestions anyone ?

Netflix app login
Hi all, I have netflix standard as part of my Virgin package. It works on my tv fine, however how do I login in on the app? It keeps asking me what level of subscription I want on the app and does seem to recognise I have my account through Virgin Thanks
