Friday 9th, and it's fine on Virgin Go on my mobile phone, but can't get Sky + on my Windows laptop. I take it it will work on the TV box, but she who must be obeyed is watching something else. 
Please give us some info Virgin.

Hi Roomster 

The only Sky Sports channels available on VM TVGo via either browser on a computer, or via android/ios mobiles and tablets are Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Mix and Sky Sports Racing. This hasn't changed.

As in the past if you want to access any of the other Sky Sports channels (including Sky Sports + which is the new name for Sky Sports Arena) then you need to use the Sky Sports app.

The addtional red button Sky Sports + streams can only be accessed via  VM's Stream or TV360 boxes, or via the Sky Sports app on ios and android devices.

Although the Sky Sports + channel is available using the Sky Sports desktop app, the addional red button streams are not available via that method.

VM sent out emails with info regarding Sky Sports +  and this is also available on their TV Edit page
