Virgin go app will not download anything

Hi Virgin go app will not download anything.  I have tried multiple devices all at latest software.  Seems to be lots of threads about this over many months.  Have I made a massive mistake moving to virgin ?

Sky device management

I keep getting the following error message when I try to edit my sky devices through Virgin go, even though I’m logged in and can see my Virgin devices. I have never had an issue in the past trying to access this page. Can anyone help?

Still can’t download anything on the app

Purchased content not playing on PC

HI,Purchased Sonic 2 and when I go to play it on my Windows PC the screen it just black and it doesn't start. When you try to download it then it complains about silverlight.What am I missing or is the service just not as slick as Sky? ThanksPaul
