Virgin TV Go - Maximum Devices Reached

Hi,

I received a message stating that I have reached a maximum number of devices that can be registered and is unable to replace until 01/06/2024.

I recently removed and re-added my devices at the start of this month due to having this same issue last month. Everything was working fine until I had browser difficulties and cleared the cache.

My PC is the only device that is having this issue.

Is there a way to reset the devices so I am able to register them again?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues registering a device for Virgin TV Go. We would recommend avoiding clearing cache and cookies on a device where possible if it's for this purpose, as when you do this you'll be required to register again, and in turn using up another one of your monthly device changes.
