True crime and true crime extra not available

Hi

the channels true crime and true crime extra do not work at the moment on the virgin tv go app, it’s only shows Not Available. Sorry we can’t play this at the moment - 1008 please help

I started having the same problem last night, Tue Crime, True Crime Extra and That’sTV and Legend.

I can replicate those four channels not working on my android app and also the browser version of TVGo

One slight workaround is that the Legend channel works on the app and browser version if you select  Watch from start.  Sadly that option isn't available with the other three channels.

I can select Watch from the Start for True Crime, True Crime Extra and Legend but not on That’s TV.

i am using iPad.

It’s a good work around but it’s abit of a pain as having you keep doing the watch from start after each episode on the channels

I am so sorry to hear you have faced this issue with your TV Go service, I have checked this on my side and the channels are working today.

The channel true crime has stopped working again with code 1100

what error are you getting? 

Is it working on TV GO?

Have you tried to reset the box from the mains?
