Hi guys

I have to email addresses with Virgin, and I’ve been trying one of them to sign in for TVGo, but it just won’t work, getting very frustrated.

please help many thanks

Good luck with this one!..I have been waiting over 2 weeks with the same issue! With no help at all from the useless Virgin Media idiots who have blatantly ignored me.

Hi HarryMazda 

Do you have any problems signing into My Virgin Media?  That's the log in details you need to access TVGo.

Hi

i have the problem of not being able to sign in to TVGO, it keeps saying cannot sign in with sub accounts. So I rang customer services, they changed my second email login to my Main account. This still does not work. 

Also their customer service person only half helped me, they said would transfer my call to their supervisor…… guess what I was cut off. 

Virgin is a complete joke ! They run you round in circles, and make it impossible to easily sort issues.

waste of time !

I am so sorry that you have faced an issue logging into TV Go, as newapollo has mentioned the log in needed for this is the same as your My Virgin Media log in, are you able to try logging in with this?

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your service, and thanks again for posting. I just want to clarify, after updating the log in for My Virgin Media, are you using the new log in information to access TV Go?

Yes I’m using what I believe to be my main account email, and it doesn’t work.

i can access my virgin media ok, but just not TVGO.

Ashleigh_C I’ve tried this using my iPad with the TVGo app and also on my computer with Windows 10, neither work….

help please
