I can't watch TNT on my laptop for longer than five minutes without having to refresh because of getting a 1001 error code. Screenshot attached. Never had a problem before. Please solve!

Hello Jon25,
Sorry to hear of the TV Go issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.
We have a guide here on how to use TV Go, has this worked prior for you or is this the first time trying it? Was it live TV via TNT or a recording/standard content? Are you able to try via a different device to see if you get the same error?
Let us know.

I have been using TV Go on this device for many years without any issues. It was Live TV that I was trying to stream.

Same problem for me.
I have tried it on Edge, Firefox and the app on my laptop (Windows 11)
I also tried it on the tablet and got an error 1003.
All the above was trying to watch live sport.
I picked another channel randomly and still go the error

Hi @Jon25
Are other channels affected, or is it just TNT?
Best wishes.

Can you let us know if it occurs with a specific show you are trying to watch or if it occurs spontaneously?

Any show, any time of day, recurrent.

If I may interject with a few examples of this happening:
Last Friday watching Ireland v Argentina on TNT it happened a couple of times.
Last Saturday watching England v South Africa on TNT it happened a couple of times.
Last Sunday watching Sky Mix NFL Redzone the message popped up serveral times during the 7 hours of football.
Today while watching France24 it happened first after about 30 secs and a second time approximately 5 mins later, was fine after that.
