Trying to use the virgin tv go app away from home to watch sport tonight and nothing seems to work just always says its loading and never does. Not a connection issue as my phone network is working with everything else just virgin tv app doesn't want to work. I have tried restarting phone and switching network on and off still no luck. App is fully updated so not sure what else to try any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

You should be able to view live channels, but not recordings. In addition to this, the Sky Sports app is known to block devices using a VPN, so this needs turning off.

Hi JCK1992 thanks for posting and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear you've been unable to use your TV Go service. Please can you advise what type of phone you've been using. If it's an IOS device, have you been able to test on an Android device? Or any other device? Also, is your software on the device in question fully up to date?
