Did this get fixed, I have been trying on and off for 2 days to get on the TVGo online using a Windows 11 laptop. It all seems OK until I want to watch something, best I can get is sound but a frozen picture. The device I am using is registered. I have TV Go on my iphone and it works fine.

This may be due to browser settings and hardware acceleration.
In Edge please try turning the "Use Hardware Acceleration when available" function to off.
It's under Settings > System & performance > System
In Chrome it's under chrome://settings/system
For Firefox follow the instructions <<< here >>>
