Did anyone get an answer to this? Mine has worked fine for years but now I only get the sound. Tried reinstalling the sky sports app and it worked again but has now stopped and I cant get it back.

Have you minimised your browser window  to check if the Sky Sports app is hidden and playing in a separate screen behind your browser windows?

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with this. 

In order to help further can you let us know the following please?:

  • Are you using a browser app or a Mobile device to access Sky Sports?
  • When reinstalling, does this resolve the issue again? 
  • If using a browser, does using another browser work?
  • If using a Mobile device, is the app up to date? Are you running the latest OS update?
