Not available on TV Control or Virgin TV Go app

Hi,

Is there a reason why Deadliest Catch, Season 20 Episode 16 is not available on the Virgin TV Go app and when looking at my recordings on TV Control app, it only available to watch on my TV.  All other episodes are fine and can be watched on either of the 2 apps

Sorry to hear that you're not able to access Deadliest Catch, Season 20 Episode 16 on the TVGo app. 

Does the programme show at all and gives you a message or is it missing entirely from the episode list?

Hi,

So the episode is showing in the TVGo App, however there is no play button.

According to my V6 box, it 'recorded' the episode on 23rd October, however it only showed as being able to watch it on my TV and not through the TV control app.  However since I posted this question, it has been removed from my list of recordings.

I have checked the list of upcoming episodes and 16 is now due again to be shown on 13th November.

It's a bit annoying though, as they are being played out of sync and episode 17,18 and 19 have been sitting waiting to be watched since between 9th and 23rd October, because there is a delay with 16 being available.

Your series-link is most likely set to include recordings & streaming videos, and it's done as intended - put a VoD bookmark in your my-shows list.

As to why it wasn't recorded, check your "my hiccups" folder. TiVo/V6 will automatically pickup the first available showing when a tuner is available.
