I've recently renewed my contract and ever since I've done this my netflix(included in package) and sky sports app aren't working, I'm awaiting the netflix activation code of which vorgon promised it to be within 24hrs (it's been longer than that!) And my sky sports says I need to be subscribed of which I am! Trying to contact virgin on Web chat and no one seems to want to respond I've been trying for hours! Any advice how to fix these issues?
