Having a problen on the TV GO app, where my brother's iPhone 14 Pro keeps asking him to register?

My brother has his iphone 14 pro registered, however everytime he goes on the app, he has to re-register it, now he has used the 3 monthly changes and it is asking him to register the device again despite it being registered already.

Any help? Thanks 🙂

- My iphone 15 pro and the ipad pro and the two computers work fine, it is only his iphone where this glitch is occuring. 🙂

I am sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with TV GO.

Usually, the only time, it would result in multiple registrations and the possibility of using all of your permitted changes is if you clearing cache and cookies.

I can reset your registered devices for you.

Are you renaming your phone each time? Or just taking the default model number as offered by the TV Go app?

If the former, try the latter and see if it overwrites the existing device slot.
