I can’t download the tv control app in Ireland 🙈

PS Assuming you have Horizon software in Eire and it’s the same as TV 360 here, you don’t use the TV Control app. All the function is in the TV Go app.

Can’t use volume on that app

You can’t use volume on any app as the device running the app can’t simulate the commands required by your TV.
