Annoying glitch area on TV on random channels

Has anone else had a block area of glitch just pop up on random channels for a second then vanish. No pattern on how long it happens between episodes or what channels it seems to be itv and gold and btcsport for me

Nothing happens when using Netflix or apps like itv X via TV so it's certainly the virgin box

IV checked and changed the hdmi going to TV IV checked coaxe to the virgin box and IV done the in menu reboot on the virgin box

How about when you use OnDemand or streaming apps from the V6 itself?

It sounds like you're describing pixellation which is usually a (live TV) signal fault - testing VoD would confirm

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having here. I can appreciate this post is a couple of days ago - is it possible you can let me know if the issue has been ongoing and still present?
