Hi Team,
This is very frustrating! My web safe is turned on but it is not blocking websites. I had tried resetting VM Hub and I did try turning web safe on and off, but it didn't help. There are no error messages erither.
I see many other customers have reported this and I'm very surprised there isn't a permanent fix!

The important thing to bear in mind is that VM’s Web safe/ Child Safe doesn’t actually ‘block’ access to websites, what it does is to claim that these sites ‘don’t exist’ and hence doesn’t know how to connect to them!
This blocking is trivially easy to bypass, and I’d be slightly astonished to learn that there isn’t a single teen in the UK who doesn’t know how to do it if he or she is motivated to do so.

My youngest grandson would rapidly bypass Child Safe & Wi-Fi Pausing.
It will not be long before I have to ask my him for the new 63 hieroglyphic Wi-Fi password !
