I’ve been trying to put the parental control on my Virgin Media account via My Virgin Media, Account Settings, Online Security. It comes up with the following message every time I do this “Sorry the changes you made were not save, please try again” (see photo below). I then return to the page and the change in setting hasn’t been saved. I’ve tried doing this via the App and via various browsers with the same result. I’ve also done all the normal stuff of resetting the Router etc. but that hasn’t made a difference. Can anyone help please.

Been having same issue for past few months - tried on app and multiple different browsers on the website and it wont save. Tried contacting customer help but they were unable to help .... seems the system doesnt work for many of us
