Parental controls not working

Like multiple others, our parental controls aren’t working meaning our children have open access to inappropriate content. Surely this is a general fault that needs a significant software update?

Are you having issues with content on your TV or via the web?

What happens when you try to change the Web Safe settings, do you get an error message at all?
