I also have this problem with my Stream box, it takes several seconds to respond to buttons pressed on the remote, even just pausing what's currently playing which indicates to me that it's not related to the network speed (though it is plugged in via ethernet so should be fast anyway). It also takes ages to load up Netflix or Disney Plus (these are the two apps I mainly use the Stream box for so I don't know if it's just these two apps or if all the apps are this slow). This issue makes the Stream box really frustrating to use

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your stream box at the moment and strange that it's just the two apps that you use. Have you tried to reboot the box since the issues started? Also, have you ran any further tests via your online account to see if you can diagnose any issues with your box?
