Having problems trying to stream Netflix & was advised to email streamingservices@virginmedia.co.uk
reply says emails not picked up from that address. Can someone help with a reliable email address?

VM don't have a customer facing email address.
What's the exact issue when trying to stream netflix? Is there an onscreen error message and error code?
Are you subscribed to the service?
Please can you confirm which set top box you have? You've posted in the Stream Forum which is for those customers that have the Stream set top box, and is not a forum about app streaming problems.
Do you have the Stream box (which is IP based for live TV) or a TV360 box where the live TV is broadcast over the coaxial cable?
