Virgin Stream Box
I jaunt previously cancelled my contract but then got a call back from Retentions and was talked into Matt keeping the Broadband only 250MBPS for a very good price. I enquired about taking a Stream box but was told existing customers were exempt from any offers for the Stream Box.
If that’s the case then they need to update their landing page because it clearly states the offer is open to both new and existing broadband customers only?
If that wasn’t bad enough they then tried to upsell me another broadband package when I told them already I wasn’t interested in the 36O box as I only stream and don’t watch live TV apart from sports. I’ve since received countless phone calls along with left messages about a fabulous offer to upgrade my package. Grrrr
