Unable to manage stream box

As this seems to be a regular post on here and this seems to be the quickest way of getting this sorted unfortunately I’ve been unable to manage my stream box subscriptions.

when ever I have tried in the manage stream box site I get “Sorry, something's gone wrong!
We're having some technical issues so we can't add this right now. Please try again later.” And a qr code when trying to do it in the box it’s self.

i see quite a few forum posts around this saying back to 2022 and yet it’s still happening!

any chance of getting this resolved via the forum team as phone support seems to have not a clue on this?

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to manage your Stream subscriptions currently. This can be caused by an order getting stuck on our end that we just need to push through. Although I can have a proper look with you via PM. I've sent you a message 😊
