I have exactly the same problem and joined VM earlier this week. I wish to add TNT sports to my stream box but I get the same messages reported. Is this something you can help with. VM planned to send an engineer but clearly this isn't a hardware error as the same message comes up on my online account.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble managing your Stream box and services too. I'll be happy to look into this for you. No, I also don't think an engineer visit would be the right resolution in this case.
