TNT Sports subscription still stuck on pending

Subscribed to TNT Sports weeks ago.  Can't watch any TNT channels due to subscription being stuck on pending in my Virgin account. Virgin help centre doesn't offer any help. Anyone got any solutions ...

Hi, thanks for your msg.

No it's still not working.  The person I spoke to said it would work same day but it's still showing as tnt sports, pending: adding soon.

Very frustrating. Are you able to get it working?

    Hi Joseph - they are still not able to assist me.  Are you able to raise an IT ticket or something please?
