TNT Sport red button on stream

Hi all, 

when I watch a game say on the champion leagues which isn’t broadcast on tnt sports 1-4. I press the red button and when I get the match choice and I select the game I want to watch it doesn’t go to the game I select. It’s  goes to a game already on tnt sports 1-4. 
is this a fault or the red button doesn’t work on virgin stream? I’ve tried contacting  virgin and talking via X but the only answer I have is that this feature isn’t available. I’m sure it was available under bt sports. They just changed name and the red button and when I get to match choice and select the match I want to watch it doesn’t select the game I want to watch. 

is anyone with virgin stream facing this problem and is there a fix?
