Stream not available any more but Virgin Tv360 does not need a coax?

I've just spent an hour talking to sales trying to get a Stream Box.  I don't currently have a TV through Virgin at all. So they told me that they don't really have Stream Boxes any more and that I could get a TV 360 box. I said I don't want to have to run coax cables and they repeatedly told me a cable was not required - In the end I agreed. Have I been misinformed about the cable connection?

Hi @stevejbev

You have been misinformed, the 360 boxes do need a coaxial connection in order to access live TV.

Stream boxes are still available, in fact VM have just added around 100 extra channels to the Stream boxes.  See the press release < here >

There's also a Stream channel guide < here >

You can only have one stream box per household and it can't be taken in conjunction with any other VM TV set top box.   You will therefore need the 360 cancelling before you can take out the Stream box.  Aside from being missold you do have a 14 day period in which to change your mind.
