I added the essential entertainment package to my stream box and it’s been stuck on adding… for 3 days. Anyone know how to fix it

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your stream box waiting for the subscription to be added. 

Can you advise how you added this to your package, was this online or through an agent? 

Can you please try fully rebooting the stream box to see if this loads this up to your service.
