Hi,
Been having issues with my streaming box. After watching either live TV or via apps for an hour or so, the box freezes and then switches off.
I have reboot my hub 5 times, reboot my stream box the same and changed the hdmi and ethernet cable. Yet it still happens. As I don't use TV during day there is nobody to talk to at VM when it happens. The vm app has run checks on my equipment and signal occasionally saying there is an intermittent problem and to wait 24 hours to see if fixed.
Obviously with it being intermittent, that is not being picked up on correctly. What do I need to do next?
