Stream box channel 304 (4+1) is frozen

Channel 4+1 just shows a frozen screen shot of Frasier. It's been stuck for a few days now!

This has happened in the past on other channels.'

It is also happening to others.

Not a major issue but I still would not expect it to happen.

Please get the technical guys to check the channel.
