Hi, could somebody help me. Having issues subscribing to various channels on the stream box. The above error message is coming up. Cannot get passed it and wondering what the problem. Could be?

Hi, Yaseen. It means your stream puck and your online account have not been connected behind the scenes. See this thread here – I had exactly the same problem, so I've described how best to get VM to help you by providing the right information to their first tier and second tier helplines. Be polite but firm, and make sure they're writing exactly what you tell them on your customer notes.
