Stream and Sky Sports

I signed up for a Stream box as a Broadband customer, and took advantage of the offer of Sky Sports, £18ish a month. 
I’ve activated my stream box but when I go to live channels, the Sky Sports channels ask me to subscribe - which I thought was already the case after I signed up on the phone call? 

When am I likely to be able to watch those channels or do I need to do something to do so?
